I tried and unfortunately it came out disastrous. Mashed avocado was so bitter. Please help me to correct, what could have gone wrong..

I am not really sure..Did u taste it before mashing?

Isn't avocado naturally taste bitter? I didn't taste the mashed one, but the last time, when I made milkshake of avocado and apple, I could taste mild bitterness in that.
