About Dal Palak
Dal Palak is palak cooked with dal, onion, tomato, garlic and tempering spices and herbs. This is one of the tastiest side dish for rice or roti. Rice with dal palak and ghee is such a tasty combination, do try this and enjoy!
Dal Palak sounds to me like a North Indian version of keerai kootu. It is very humble looking but the burst of flavor with greens, dal and to add on ghee tadka – its finger licking good, I would say. Any one who doesn’t like spinach , am sure they will change their mind once they taste this like me.
