What is Condensed Milk?
Condensed milk is cow’s milk thickened for a long time.Water is removed completely then sugar is added to it. Many sweets, cakes, fudges and many more such recipes use condensed milk. Sweetened Condensed Milk is thicker, richer extremely delicious all by itself and you can even try so many no cook desserts using it.
How to make Sweetened Condensed Milk?
Condensed milk is thickened milk boiled and simmered to evaporate all the water away then adding sugar to it. Traditionally the simmering method is very time consuming. So this easy quick method I have given here can be made in just 5 mins. Though the taste does not match 100% it still gives the same result in baked goodies and indian sweets.
