Apple Fizz Recipe using homemade apple sauce with step by step photos.Apple Fizz is nothing but apple soda yes apple juice mixed with soda.I am really not fond of any drink with soda in it but very rarely I feel like drinking it so on one such day made this apple fizz, me and hubby enjoyed it! As summer is already here, I love such chilled drinks.

Apple Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 nos apples medium sized
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chilled soda
- few ice cubes
Instructions
Making Apple Sauce:
- Wash the apples well. I used my apple cutter to cut into wedges.
- Now peel off the skin and chop them into bite sized cubes. Transfer cubed apples to a sauce pan.
- Add sugar, mix well keep covered and set aside for 10mins.
- Now add water until immersing level.
- Boil and cook covered for at least 10mins or until apples become soft and mushy. Cool down completely.
- Transfer to a mixer jar and blend to a smooth paste. Apple Sauce ready!
Making Apple Fizz:
- Now get ready with your serving glasses, ice cubes, apple sauce, and soda.
- Now first add few ice cubes, then 2 tablespoon apple sauce in each glass.
- Now pour soda. Stir stir stir...Enjoy your apple fizz!
Notes
- You can even skip sugar and made the apple sauce. Add sugar while making the fizz.
- Apple sauce becomes very handy for many eggless recipes so you can make and store in fridge. It keeps well at least for a week if refrigerated.
- You can add a dash of ginger juice or lemon juice for added flavour.
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference. This will be mildly sweet.

You can use your favorite garnish too.
