Apple Milkshake is one of the regular shakes I make at home especially for mittu as she loves it. This is one of the healthy beverages you can try for breakfast or mid morning snack time. Apples are naturally creamy so blending it with milk and sugar makes it more creamy and tasty too.
Apple Milkshake is one of the healthy easy to feed fruits to kids, and this milkshake is hard to resist. Apples are easily and readily available through out the year so make this milkshake and enjoy with your family.
Addition of ice cream is optional but vanilla flavor is a great match with apples. But I recommend adding ice cream occasionally at least to enjoy a rich milkshake. So do try and enjoy this delightful and refreshing beverage!

- Apples – You can use any apple of your choice but make sure to check if its not wax coated. But it is always good to peel the skin of apples to be on the safer side. Make sure to choose sweet apples and less acidic.
- Milk – I have used cow’s milk boiled, cooled and then chilled. Alternatively you can use packaged milk too. Alternatively add almond or oats milk for vegan option.
- Sugar – Use any type of sugar like white sugar or brown sugar or cane sugar etc.
- Ice cream – Though ice cream is optional I would suggest adding a small scoop of vanilla ice cream for taste and flavor.
