Butterscotch Falooda
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk boiled and cooled
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- a handful fine vermicelli
- 1 teaspoon sabja seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon butterscotch essence
- 2 tablespoon butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch sauce
- 2 scoops butterscotch icecream
Instructions
- First take milk, add brown sugar to it. I used cane sugar.
- Add butterscotch essence and mix well. Now your butterscotch milk is ready. Refrigerate until use.
- Take your serving glass, if you want you can chill the glass too. Add butterscotch sauce, then add sabja seeds.
- Add little butterscotch chips. Add cooked semiya.
- Then add some more butterscotch sauce. Then add butterscotch milk.
- You can see the layers. Finally add a scoop of butterscotch ice cream, drizzle butterscotch sauce and garnish with butterscotch chips. Enjoy Butterscotch Falooda!

Butterscotch Falooda Recipe Step by Step
- Take milk in a sauce pan, let it boil then simmer for 5mins then switch off and cool down completely.Set aside.
- Take a handful of fine vermicelli,Boil water and add to it.Water should be little more than the immersing level.
- Cook until soft.Rinse it well,drain and set aside.
- Get ready with all your ingredients.First take milk,add brown sugar to it.I used cane sugar.
- Add butterscotch essence and mix well.Now your butterscotch milk is ready.Refrigerate until use.
- Take your serving glass, if you want you can chill the glass too.Add butterscotch sauce,then add sabja seeds.
- Add little butterscotch chips.Add cooked semiya.
- Then add some more butterscotch sauce.Then add butterscotch milk.
- You can see the layers.Finally add a scoop of butterscotch icecream,drizzle butterscotch sauce and garnish with butterscotch chips.
Serve chilled.
