About Cabbage Curry
Cabbage Curry is a flavorful curry made using cabbage, onion, garlic, tempering spices, coconut, spice powders etc. This cabbage curry has a nice aroma with whole spices added.
We can use the same recipe for other vegetables like peas, cauliflower, beans etc. I like dry curries with roti and this is a perfect match for it. Though this curry is specifically made to pair up with rice I reserve the lunch leftovers for dinner with roti, dosa etc.
