Capsicum Raita can be made by tempering spices, sauteing capsicum and finally mixing it with beaten curd. Capsicum Raita is a great accompaniment for rice meal, roti and chapati and can be prepared in minutes.
Raita is popularly made during summer season as it has a cooling effect. This capsicum raita is different from our usual carrot or onion raita. It is so refreshing and tastes so good. I love it with stuffed parathas the best but goes well even with biryani, pulao etc.
