Grapes Juice is very refreshing especially during hot summers and its perfect to have a glass now. I love grape flavor and for that reason bovonto is my favorite. Though not a big fan of grapes, wanted to try grape juice this summer and here is the recipe. The tangy flavor of lemon compliments well with the grapes so don’t skip it!

About Grape Juice
Grape Juice is made by first blending grapes in a blender, straining it to remove seeds then mixing it with sugar and lemon juice. Grape Juice is tangy, tasty and easy to prepare at home sure better than the store bought bottled drinks.
Homemade is always best as I usually say and juices are meant to be made and consumed fresh. There are many benefits of consuming fresh grape juice which includes rich source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Grape Juice Ingredients
- Black grapes – Choose fresh black grapes seedless is preferable. Rinse it well with water then use it.
- Lemon – Extract lemon juice and use it.
- Sweetener -I have used white sugar, you can use brown sugar or skip it too.
- Ice cubes – Add ice cubes while serving and serve chilled.
How to make Grape Juice Step by Step
1.Remove the grapes from its stem, rinse it well. Transfer it to a blender / mixer.
2.Grind it along with little water to a fine paste. Strain through a metal strainer, add water for the juice to easily strain. Discard the seeds and the waste. Squeeze lemon juice.
3.Add sugar and stir well until sugar is dissolved completely. Add lots of ice cubes and serve chilled.
Add ice cubes while serving and serve chilled.
Expert Tips
- Adjust sugar level according to the sourness of the grapes.
- Don’t dilute the juice more. Add ice cubes only while serving else the juice will be more diluted.
