Gulkand Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4* cups milk boiled and cooled
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon gulkand
- 1 teaspoon rose syrup
*Freeze 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Freeze 1 cup milk for at least 5 hours or until solid. Transfer frozen milk to mixer jar.
- Add gulkand and rose syrup.
- Blend it for few seconds then add milk and blend again until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into serving glass and Serve Gulkand Milkshake chilled!
How to make Gulkand Milkshake
- Boil milk then simmer for 5 mins.Cool down completely , Set aside.
- Freeze milk for at least 5 hours or until solid.Transfer frozen milk to mixer jar.
- Add gulkand and rose syrup.
- Blend it for few seconds then add milk and blend again until smooth and frothy.
Pour into serving glass and Serve chilled!
Chilled yummy gulkand milkshake ready!
