Ingredients

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup unsweetened coco powder
• a pinch of salt

To make hot chocolate

• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoon hot chocolate mix
• 1 tablespoon choco chips

Instructions

• To a sieve add powdered sugar. Sieve it well. If any lumps discard it.
• Add coco powder to it and sieve to the same bowl. If any lumps discard it.
• Add salt to it. Whisk well and store.
• To make hot chocolate : To 1 cup of milk add 1 - 2 tablespoon of this homemade hot chocolate mix to it. It depends on your taste so add accordingly.
• Add choco chips to it. Let it boil for a minute, whisk well. Serve hot!
