About Magic Masala Powder
Maggi Magic Masala Powder is a seasoning or flavouring spice mix that comes along with an instant noodles brand named Maggi. This instant noodles became widely popular because of the taste of the spice mix flavouring.
It is really challenging to replicate the storebought spice mix as commercially they add many more ingredients like citric acid, lemon powder and more such ingredients. But this recipe I made comes close to it with easily available ingredients in your pantry except for very few which can be easily bought from supermarkets.
Maggi Masala Powder is a blend of various spices, herbs, and seasonings that give it its unique taste and flavor. The spice mix is to enhance the taste of Maggi noodles added during the cooking process. Magic Masala Powder can be used to elevate the taste of curries and subjis too.
