Sevai is a traditional breakfast dish from Kerala cuisine.I love all sevai varieties either plain sevai or sweet idiyappam with sugar or lemon sevai. This masala sevai is one of my recent favs.
Last time when we visited my sil’s place she served this along with other breakfast items…And the instant I tasted this, I loved it as it had a burst of all flavours that I liked. So I got the recipe from her and recreated it in my kitchen and here is the recipe for you.
