Strawberry Ice Cream is a very easy creamy and delicious ice cream.I made this easy no churn strawberry ice cream last weekend as mittu is fond of strawberry flavour and was at the back of me asking to make Strawberry Ice Cream. So it was their sunday after meal dessert, you know what they finished the lunch so early just to have this icecream.
No churn ice creams are a breeze to make just whisk and set it in the fridge and your icecream is ready.
To me the most challenging to click is icecreams.First the scoop should come out well then while dropping it should neatly get placed in the serving bowl the next confusion is how many scoops can the bowl hold n look better in pics….😰Ithelam yosikarathukula icecream will start to melt.. no planning helps here 😩 But then I am slowly starting to learn the art of scooping n clicking icecreams so yayy for that👍Clicked this strawberry icecream at 6:00 am when almost half of our apt was sleeping as it was a sunday mrg☺

Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cream (250 ml)
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 10 to 12 nos strawberries
- 2 drops strawberry essence
Instructions
- To a mixing bowl add 1 cup (~250 ml) fresh cream. Whisk it for few mins.
- Add condensed milk to it.
- Whisk it for 2 mins in medium speed. Take your strawberries.
- Rinse it well, remove the leaf and the center (optional). I saw this technique of using a straw to remove the center part so tried it.
- Add it to a mixer jar and puree it. If you want it pulpy then blend it accordingly. Add it to the mixing bowl.
- Fold in using a spatula.
- Add strawberry essence. Mix it. Pour into freezer safe box.
- I sprinkled the remaining strawberry puree on top. Freeze it for at least 8 hours. Scoop Strawberry Ice Cream and serve with sliced strawberries!
Notes
- I used Amul fresh cream tetra pack.
- You can add chopped strawberries too.
- I pureed the strawberries almost fine, but if you want pulpy texture while eating just use blend it for few seconds.
