I made this spice mix a while back and loving the flavour, taste so much and kids also love as its tangy.
I have tasted tandoori corn once in mall which seems like ages now 🙁 and it was so spicy that I had to drink water for each spoon but the flavour was too good so when I was making was remembering all those happy times roaming around in mall with family.
Cup corn recipes are kids favorite so wanted to try corn using peri peri spice mix and it tastes so good.Do try this and enjoy!

Peri Peri Corn
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon peri peri spice mix
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- water as needed
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil water add fresh corn kernels to it.
- Let it cook for 10-12 mins. You can taste check to see if its cooked. Once cooked switch off.
- Drain it (You can use drained corn cooked as stock for soups or curries).To a bowl add corn add butter, peri peri, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
- Serve Peri Peri Corn hot!
