Roasted Broccoli Ingredients
- Broccoli – Choose fresh broccoli that has green florets, the color should not be too pale or yellow in color.
- Oil – Olive oil is best to use for this roasted broccoli.
- Butter – Adding melted butter is optional but gives a good rich flavor so I always add it.
- Garlic – Using a grater grate the garlic cloves and use it. You can even mince and use it.
