Rose Lassi Ingredients
- Curd – Use thick chilled curd which is not sour. Using homemade fresh curd is best.
- Milk – Use any full fat milk preferably chilled. Boil then chill it before blending.
- Sugar – You can use regular white sugar or brown sugar too.
- Rose milk essence – I used rose milk essence which has both color and flavor. You can replace rose milk essence with rose syrup too, in that case skip sugar.
- Pistachio – Chopped pistachios are added for garnish. You can even add dried rose petals.
