Sago Jelly
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk boiled, cooled
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sago
- 2 tablespoon red jelly
- 2 tablespoon green jelly
- 2 tablespoon yellow jelly
- 3 drops rose milk syrup optional
- 1/4 cup fruits of your choice
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Soak sago in water for 20 mins. Then drain water.
- Boil water add sago to it. Cook until it turns transparent.
- Drain water and set aside to cool. Meanwhile prepare jelly as per pack instructions.
- I made yellow, green and red color jellies. I used 2 packs yellow and red and mixed half of yellow jelly mix with green food color to get green jelly. Cut them into small cubes. Now jellies are ready. To a mixing bowl add milk.
- Add condensed milk to it. Add cooked sago and fruits.
- Add 3 colored jellies, rose milk essence mix well and serve Sago Jelly chilled.

Notes
- Choose fruits that do not have water content.
- Traditionally evaporated milk is used but I simmered milk for few mins, cooled down then used it.
- You can even add tender coconut bits
How to make Sago Jelly
