We always make full meals for occassions like birthdays, wedding day or any gettogether or when guests are there for lunch. I love to have full meals at times though not on a daily basis.

- Pressure cook dal for both sambar and rasam together. First make sambar then rasam. Soak dal for vada.
- Next make the vegetables ready. You can cook both the vegetables in parallel.
- Then make vada and finally the payasam.
- At the time of serving fry the papads. Enjoy full spread South Indian Meals with banana at the end!
