Strawberry Fool is a quick dessert made with just minimal ingredients.I first saw this dessert while searching for strawberry recipes then adapted it to suit our taste and tried it, the kids enjoyed it so much.
This is easy to make even when you have guests at the last minute, you can grab just few ingredients to make this yummy dessert.Do try and let me know how you liked it.

Strawberry Fool
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cream / whipped cream
- 6 medium sized strawberries
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Rinse Strawberries well, remove the leaf. Chop them roughly.
- Take it in bowl, add sugar to it. Mix well add lemon juice. Set aside for 10 mins so that it becomes juicy.
- To a mixing bowl add fresh cream, Whisk well until thick and peaks are soft. I used my hand mixer. I always take fresh cream from fridge just before whisking.
- Add juicy strawberries reserving a tablespoon of it for topping.
- Just give a quick mix, do not over mix. Take your serving glass. Spoon the mixture into it.
- Fill the serving cup, spoon the juicy strawberries and add as topping. Chill Strawberry Fool until serving time.
- Enjoy Strawberry Fool chilled!

- Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of the strawberries.
- If you like tangy taste then add lemon juice else skip it, its purely optional.
- I used frozen whipping cream, you can use fresh cream too.
