About Sundal Podi
Sundal is a dry dish prepared usually with lentils or legumes with a mild tempering and garnished with coconut. Sundal powder is a masala powder to add to sundal varieties, curry or any vegetable dishes to elevate the taste of it.

Sundal Podi | Sundal Powder
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coriander seeds
- 2 tablespoon chana dal
- 2 tablespoon urad dal
- 6 nos small red chillies
Instructions
- Measure and get ready with all the ingredients. Transfer all to a kadai, dry roast till golden.
- Cool down and transfer the roasted ingredients to a mixer jar, grind it to a powder little coarse.
- Cool down and then store Sundal Podi.
