Hi Sharmi,
how do u clean lodge pan and how to avoid getting rust?
Sharmilee J
I wash it then heat it up, finally spread few drops of oil and rub with a cloth and keep it to avoid rusting.

Is it okay to make the pizza dough in the morning? I want to try it for early dinner for kids, but preparing dough after coming from office might make it too late ..
Sharmilee J
Yes you can make it in the morning let it double then clingwrap and put it in fridge this helps in avoiding further rising.Hope this helps!
