Millet Flour | How to make Millet Flour
Ingredients
- 1 cup foxtail millet
Instructions
- Measure thinai, rinse it well, drain water.
- Spread on a plate and dry it completely. Transfer to mixer jar and grind to a fine powder. I grinded in batches in my small jar.
- Sieve it, discard the coarse mixture. Transfer the flour to a clean dry container.
Notes
- You can roast the flour and keep in case you plan to store it for a long time. Roast in low flame until smoke starts to come. Do not burn the flour keep roasting in low flame.
