Vanilla Sugar is a flavoured sugar made by blending the vanilla& chopped vanilla beans with sugar and stored in an airtight container. Vanilla Sugar has to be kept away from the reach of kids as otherwise it will get over soon with kids eating it. Vanilla Sugar is a handy ingredient for sweetening & flavouring desserts, cakes, cookies & drinks.

How to make Vanilla Sugar

1. Buy good quality natural vanilla beans.Measure and take sugar in a glass jar.

2. Set aside.Take a vanilla bean slit open the center.Pin
3. Scrap the inside cut it into small sticks.

4. Add it to sugar and mix well with a spoon.Close with lid shake the jar few times.Store it.
