Mayo Sandwich Ingredients
- Bread – I have used wheat bread. You can use any bread of your choice.
- Cabbage, Carrot – Finely grate the veggies. You can finely chop too.
- Capsicum – Finely chop the capsicum into small cubes. You can use colored capsicum or just green capsicum.
- Mayonnaise – I have used store-bought mayo. You can use homemade or any other flavor mayo instead of regular.
- Lemon juice – This is add on to the flavor. You can skip it if you don’t like tangy flavor.
- Tomato sauce – I have used store-bought tomato sauce. You can use homemade. You can add a bit of red chilli sauce if you want to rank up the spice level. This is purely optional.
- Red chili powder – I have used homemade masala. You can skip it if you are not too fond of spicy sandwiches.
- Roasted Jeera powder, Pepper Powder – this adds an earthy flavor to the sandwich. It is homemade.
- Chat masala powder – This masala gives a new zing to the sandwich with its chatpata flavor.
