Meanwhile take 1/4 cup milk in a small bowl , add custard powder to it.Mix well it should be runny without any lumps.Add this to boiled milk.

Add sugar to it.mix well and cook until it thickens.Make sure it doesn’t form any lump.Keep mixing. It will slightly coat the ladle like this that’s the perfect stage switch off.Transfer to a container.

Chill the custard for atleast 30 mins.After 30 mins to a mixer jar add custard along with frozen milk.Add vanilla essence, sugar if needed.Blend well until smooth and creamy. Enjoy !
