Take 2 cups raw peanuts. Roast in low medium flame.
Roast until golden brown and crisp. Switch off.
Remove the skin - Just rub with your fingers / palms and blow off the skin.
Peanuts are ready now.
To a dry mixer jar add the roasted peanuts.
Grind it for few seconds.
First it will become brittle.
Scrape the sides and the bottom.
Grind it again it will start to come together and will be sticky.
Grind it for few more seconds and it will become clumpy.
Grind it again ti will become more like a paste.
Now add 2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oil and a pinch of salt. Grind it again.
Now this is the crunchy peanut butter. You can store it like this if you like the crunchy texture.
I want it more creamy so grind for 1 more minute. Smooth and creamy peanut butter is ready.
See how creamy and flowing the consistency it is.
Now we can stop grinding.
Now remove and transfer to clean dry jar preferably glass.
Store in fridge and enjoy!
